Birthday rewards are issued on the 1st of each month. They’re valid for 30 days for Level One and Two members, and 60 days for those in Level Three or Concierge.

To maintain your current tier status, you’ll need to meet the spending requirements for your existing level within a rolling 12-month period. Your status will be recalculated based on your spend for the previous months, and if the required spending isn't maintained within this timeframe, your level will adjust accordingly.

You can easily update your personal details by logging into your TB INSIDER account online. To update your email address or birthday, or if you need assistance, you can contact our customer service team at enquiries@tonybianco.com.

If you return a purchase or cancel an order, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your program spend. However, your current tier status remains locked for 12 months.

If your returned purchase was paid for using a monetary offer (such as a reward), the value of that offer will be forfeited, unless you’re exchanging the item for a different size.
